1. Return Policy

Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return Conditions:

Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
Must be in original packaging with all included accessories
Proof of purchase required (receipt or order confirmation)
Products damaged by use or normal wear are not eligible for refund

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or opened from their original sealed packaging.

2. Limitation of Liability

Proper Product Use: The UV sterilizer is designed as a supplementary hygiene device. Leira Store assumes no responsibility for:

Damage resulting from improper use of the product or failure to follow usage instructions
Products not adequately cleaned before sterilization
Contamination due to insufficient or inadequate washing of items before using the sterilizer
Any allergic reactions or health issues not directly caused by product defects
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use

3. Safety Warnings

IMPORTANT: The UV sterilizer is a hygiene support tool and does not replace thorough washing with soap and water. Before using the sterilizer:

Always wash bottles, pacifiers, and accessories thoroughly with hot water and soap
Remove all visible residue of milk, food, or dirt
Dry items before placing them in the sterilizer
Carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions
Do not use on materials incompatible with UV light

Supervision: Keep the device out of reach of children. Do not look directly at UV light during operation.

4. Product Warranty

The product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects according to the terms specified in the user manual. The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or accidents
Normal product wear and tear
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage caused by drops, impacts, or liquid exposure

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at the email address provided in the contact section within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

7. Regulatory Compliance

Our products comply with applicable European regulations. However, sterilization effectiveness depends on proper device use and preliminary cleaning of items.
